Hello readers, I Hope your day is going well. Judging someone is never a good thing. The only thing that someone can judge is the mirror reflection of themselves.

3 Things You Need To Ask Yourself To Judge Your Personality
Personality

You may ask, “Are you saying that I should be hating myself for being so and so?” definitely not. All I am saying is, you are free to judge yourself as much as you can so that you can use that judgment in a better way by finding what is wrong with you and taking measures to fix it.

Here are some questions that would help you with that judgment. Before you start the questions, I suggest that you save the questions and your answers so that in the future you can compare your score and keep track of your mental improvement. Most are based on you facing a problem in life, so read carefully judge, and fix yourself.

1. Do You Look Back After Making A Decision And Felt Bad?

We all run into trouble every time. And often we get out of them after taking some preventive measures, and other times we just remain wrecked. But tracing back to the point where this issue arose first and walking through, we should’ve made a decision or made up an agreement on that issue.

That is what I am talking about. So now ask yourself, Have you ever looked back at that decision and felt bad? or felt as if You could've made a better decision?

1. Yes, I Have:

………………….If you said Yes then reduce your score by one.

The reason is very simple, If you are looking back at your past decisions you are an overthinker, prove me wrong. And since you are an overthinker, you tend to hurt your body metabolism by skipping meals over mental problems. I am not saying anyone who made a bad decision should never look back at their mistake. If you are looking back and feeling bad that you did that? Well now you know the mindset you were at that time was not the best mind to take a decision.

This can be extended to asking others' opinions. Venting and raving to your trusted people is always a good habit. And some may agree with you just to comfort you at that time, but find the proper friend and ask their opinions.

Now you will have someone else’s opinion along with yours, compare both and if they match there is no reason for you to look back. If they don't fit? Be Patient. Calm yourself down when you find yourself in that wrecked mentality. Once you have calmed down now make your decision, ask your trustworthy friends or family members about this, and then decide what you will do.

Haste makes waste, Be patient and avoid becoming a patient.

2. No, I Mostly Do Not:

If that was your answer and you are totally honest, then you can add a point to your score.

Since you don't look back doesn’t mean all your decisions are correct, from your perspective you are saving your mind from going into a perplexity. But sometimes it is better to ponder and think of the outcomes before deciding.

But your intellect is great if this is your case, so keep your confidence because more terrible tests await.

2. Have You Skipped Meals Purposefully Not Feeling Hunger?

This is a pessimistic question that relates lack of appetite with our desire for food. Few may get tilted reading this, but it is the truth that your mental hygiene sucks if you lose your appetite for problems you face in life. Believe it or not, this exact scenario is the reason for many digestion-related diseases in humans. Diabetes, Pressure, Ulcer, etc.

You may say, that Skipping meals for one day won’t make a difference. But, if you skip meals for one day once, the next day at the same time chances are high that

1. Yes, Whenever I Am In Crisis I Don’t Feel Hungry:

………………………Again this is the negative side of this question. Reduce your score by 1.

That is a lie. Ask yourself, how can something happening inside your brain affect your abdomen? You may say that Mentality plays a big role in your body's metabolism. It is agreeable in certain circumstances, But every time?

Sometimes you just need to fill up your tummy to get your sanity back. Try that next time if you are feeling down and you are in a crisis. There is no better feeling than having your favorite meal before sleep.

2. No, My Mental Never Affects My Appetite:

If this was your answer, you are going to be healthier both mentally and physically than many unstable individuals. Go on up and add a score point.

Your physical health or body metabolism has equal importance as such as mental health. And the chain can be reversed, a bad appetite or imbalance of your body’s health might meddle with your mind.

Nothing brings people together like good food.

3. Have You Ever Stayed Awake Through The Night Without Actual Insomnia?

This is my favorite question of all because this tells how, much of an overthinker a person is. This defines you more than the rest of the questions as this shows how good you are at solving problems.

It shows how much of a clingy person you are and how much of an independent individual you are. They say,

3 Questions To ask yourself to judge your personality — Insomnia
Insomnia —

Loneliness is Devil’s workbench.

But, only experts know that loneliness depends on how you take it whether it is negative or positive, and not predefined. If you depict loneliness as something bad, it will have adverse effects on you, on the contrary, if you think it is a good thing, it will have a positive impact on you.

1.No, I Sleep Fine:

Add one point to your score. There is nothing in this world that could make a better restart from an ending than proper sleep. Sleep reboots your brain, clears all your bodily problems, and helps many diseases to get cured.

So, people who don't get their sleep schedule disturbed when they are facing a problem, you got an amazing mental health and I prefer you keep that up.

2. Yes, I Can’t Seem To Sleep When I Am Upset:

………………….That was your answer? It is time to remove a point from your score.

I might regret saying this, but Insomnia is not a disease. I know it is, but hear me out. Insomnia is getting used as an excuse by normal people for their need to sleep later and spend time with their friends or do anything other than sleep.

Spending time with your loved ones is not a bad thing, not at all. But you can do that when you have actual time? Instead, we all pretend that we are not busy and we got all the time in the world just to seem like cool guys.

And for what? For an argument that happened at work? At School? With another friend? next time you are sleepless like that, just get up and go to the mirror and look at your face.

Do you find yourself peaceful? Do you find yourself reasonable? Is that you?

If you could answer all of those questions honestly, then you do have a sleeping disorder. If not, which I am pretty sure is most of the cases, you are not insomniac. Please stop fooling yourself and the ones around you and stop paying some extra bills.

Nighttime is made dark and breezy so that we sleep. Any normal human should be able to sleep when he went to bed and closes his eyes, if he/ she doesn’t seem to sleep within 40 mins, then something bothers his/her mind. Something that happened earlier or something that is yet to happen bothers your mind.

So always stop pondering over the past or over worrying about the near future if you want a peaceful sleep and stop calling yourself insomniac when you are not.

Note: Insomnia is a disease where people struggle to sleep. This effect can be significant such that, the victim can go for weeks without a single minute of sleep. This sleeping disorder is a serious issue and you need to consult proper medications once you develop symptoms.

Resolutions:

  1. You make bad decisions — You care about others and how others may think of you while having very low self-esteem and might be an introvert. Try to calm yourself down when you are about to take important decisions, this includes cutting off a friend, scolding your loved ones, lying in public, etc.

Whenever you are not calm don't take decisions. Just say to yourself, I am not in the mood for this and do it later. If you are struggling to calm yourself down, go out for an evening stroll, and try doing new things you have never done before, play outdoor games, draw something and hey you might find a new passion.

2. You Often Skip Meals — You care about yourself and your self-reputation that the rest of your life. If you try to eat when you are upset you will even eat your least favorite food, so make use of this opportunity and eat anything you can. Don't stop eating for some nonsense or some weirdo who made you upset.

3. You are sleepless — You are a clingy person who keeps overthinking. Sleep is the only cure for any problem that you face and your mentality gets restored after proper sleep. Even if you can't sleep that soon, just lay on the bed with your eyes closed and limbs at rest. This will do more help to your body than swiping your mobile phone up and left.

Since you have Judged Your Personality, know what aspect of you needs attention. Don’t see these as just 3 questions, but pay attention to all the simple concepts I explained under each header and then focus on improving them all. And I wish you to get a better mentality before the next time you take this test.
